Blue Curb Blues Hot Sauce

BCB Hot Sauce is a green tomatillo based sauce. We use fresh vegetables, enhancing spices, and a process that assures quality-wholesomeness-superior flavor. The four peppers utilized are individually selected for freshness. Add some lime juice, light vinegar, superior spices, and we have BCB Hot Sauce.

We use the sauce on eggs, chips, in stews, or anywhere a lively flavor boost is desired.

Blue Curb Blues Relish

BCB Latin Chutney is a relish that borrows the sweet & sour taste from the Fareast. As with all Blue Curb Blues food products we use fresh ingredients, careful processing, and hand selected for quality.

We freely use the chutney on chops & steaks - sandwiches – vegetables – seafood – you name it and we have tried it.

Packaging

We are currently packing BCB Hot Sauce in 16 & 12 oz. jars. We have used the traditional 5 and 10 oz. woozy bottle, but that is too limited for most BCB Hot Sauce lovers. A wide mouth jar works great. Serve with a spoon and/or pour. As an aside, it is more economical, and more efficient in these jars.
